Hi.. My departure will be at 8pm from civitavechia port. And check out is at 10am. Can I keep my luggage in the guesthouse and come back later in the afternoon to collect it? Or can I do a late check out?

After check out you can store, for free, your luggage at bar where you had the breakfast. The bar is open till the night..

Very close / friendly staff great choice of pastries Good coffee

Very Good
The location was great. It's within walking distance from the Ottaviano Metro stop. Close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.
The chair in the room is old and stained. The place has a utilitarian feel to it. There wasn't a way to check-in after 11pm. It's clearly stated, so it isn't a surprise. Just know that if you fly in on the smaller airlines from other European countries in peak season, your flight may be delayed for no reasons and you may not be able to check-in.

Very Good
I would like to share some information I wish I knew before: The location is perfect, only few blocks from the Vatican Museum. Good restaurants and small shops arounds. Room was clean and they have a daily cleaning service which is a plus. The included breakfast is only cup of coffee and a croissant. The coffee shop was not very clean and has only few tables. Room does not have a mini fridge Shower is quite small even for my 7 years old daughter.
